I also have a hydrallic front blade. It goes in place of the loader bucket, so the blade can go up and down besides pivot. Mine has an extra set of hydrallics which I also use to run a sicle bar. The blade is beefy enought for dirt or snow. Mine was done by a local machine shop that specializes in farm equipment.

Well, it turns out my solution was easier that I thought. 1st, I should not have tried to connect the hoses while the tractor was running. 2nd, I should have moved the loader controls around to each of the stops (which I thought I had done, but I guess not). Once I did this, the quick connect was easy to to use. Maybe I should have known this, but I as I have said, I am new to all of this.

Moral of the story, try the easy stuff first.

Harvey, I thought that the "dyed" and "undyed" fuels were very different. Not only is it for tax purposes, but the dyed fuel is a higher sulfur content. I try not to use fuel from a regular gas station because I would rather run the higher sulfur fuel which is better for the engine.

Hey Jeff, We use a large rubber tired loader with a quick attach unit on the loader assembly to move our snow with. We take the loader bucket off and mount a power angle snow plow. You can't believe how easy and how high you can push the snow. You work the plow just like you would the loader bucket and keep piling it up. I don't like the snow blower unless you have dry snow. Takes to long to move the same amount of snow.
